This Top-Up programme enables students who already hold a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma or an equivalent qualification to progress to a Master’s degree.
It is designed for professionals aiming to strengthen their strategic-level knowledge and skills at the postgraduate level. The course develops the competencies and understanding required to achieve a Master’s qualification in People Management, covering areas such as Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development.
The course includes support to develop study skills at Master’s level. As part of the programme, the Masters Professional Project module is an independent study component that allows students to explore a relevant issue in People Management. It focuses on building critical thinking abilities, enabling students to analyse the issue in depth and propose well-informed solutions.
